During weekends we can live our life as we want but nothing
much to me as I’m all alone at KL, far away from my boyfie, family/relatives,
and no friend that would like to accompany me…(Too bad ;(). Thus what I did
are sleep, eat, shopping by myself and the reason is no other than to entertain
my own life (like people said, we need to add some colors into our life). I
actually trying to avoid myself from being throw into the group that we called
“Only boring people will feel bored” (Hehe)
However I’m still doing all of the listed activities for a
benefit. Just as sleep and eat is necessary for our body similarly shopping is
important for relaxation and change- truly telling that they provide relief from
the monotony of our daily routine (work. Work. And work) . To simplify the
words, they are important for our mental and emotional well being. I can’t
escape myself from being so happy like crazy when I bought new outfit, handbag,
gadget, makeup, special foods and etc.
Additionally, they help me to refresh myself and go back to work with
renewed energy.
Last week, I enjoy my weekend because I get time to spend
with my parents and boyfie. I can eat whatever I wish, I can sleep whenever I
feel to sleep, I can watch movie as much as I like and many more. My mama was
always the best chef in my heart; meanwhile my abah was always no. 1 joker that
can tear down my eyes for over laughing (Haha). I have a nice time during the
weekend but I also keep some time aside for my boyfie; My boyfie? What so
special about him? Of course he’s in the list because he always has time for
me, to shop, eaten, and went for picnics.
I know, weekends are enjoyed more by those, who work hard,
because they bring a change for them rather than for those who while away their
time. It is indeed true that life without weekends would become sucks, making
one lose all interest in work as the saying goes “All work and no play makes
Jack a dull boy”. That is why, when my Team Lead was asking for working during
weekend, I turn into a monster. All in all, weekends are as important for as
going to work.
